The challenge
A Gulf-region standalone simulation center set out to stand up a multi-specialty skills lab serving several disciplines from one facility, rather than equipping isolated single-discipline rooms. The center wanted breadth from a single supplier to simplify procurement, maintenance, and faculty training, and to support an eventual accreditation pathway.
The approach

Outcome (qualitative / structural)
The center reports that consolidating to a single multi-specialty supplier simplified faculty onboarding and maintenance, and gave it a coherent equipment-and-documentation base to take into its accreditation readiness work.
