E.N.D.O. LAPARO M Desktop Box Endoscopic Trainer System

This box endoscopic trainer is designed for practicing laparoscopic skills.

Skills trained:

• Spatial orientation using the monitor;
• Camera control;
• Keeping the horizon level while operating the camera;
• Laparoscopic instrument handling technique;
• Moving various objects in space with instruments;
• Two-handed work with laparoscopic instruments;
• Performing clipping and electrocoagulation;
• Performing safe traction and dissection of organs and tissues, and cutting tissue with scissors;
• Positioning the needle in the needle holder;
• Manipulating the needle in tissue;
• Forming surgical sutures and knots using various techniques;
• Placing intracorporeal sutures;
• Independently performing various types of surgical interventions;
• Selecting the necessary and preferred instruments for each specific clinical case.

The computer with software transmits a high-resolution video signal from the camera to the trainee's monitor.

The device also controls the video camera's focal distance and exposure settings, and includes a built-in stopwatch.

The single-board computer transmits high-resolution video with a latency of no more than 0.015 seconds.
