• Technique for performing the key steps of laparoscopic cholecystectomy;
• Visualization of Calot's triangle and its structures;
• Dissection of structures at the gallbladder neck, including dissection of the cystic duct and cystic artery;
• Clipping of the cystic duct and cystic artery (3 clips on each structure);
• Division of the cystic duct and cystic artery;
• Retrograde or antegrade separation of the gallbladder from its bed (gallbladder mobilization);
• Clearing the subhepatic space. Grasping and retrieving the gallbladder;
• Using a dedicated extraction bag to retrieve the gallbladder.
