- Clipping of the cystic duct and cystic artery (3 clips on each structure);
- Division of the cystic duct and cystic artery;
- Retrograde or antegrade separation of the gallbladder from its bed (gallbladder mobilization);
- Clearing the subhepatic space. Grasping and retrieving the gallbladder;
- Using a dedicated extraction bag to retrieve the gallbladder.
